Objective: to develop a unique visual language that will be used to communicate the company’s new flexible workplace changes in a manner that’s different from “Return to Office” internal communications.
Considerations:
to portray flexible workplace as both beneficial and positive
utilize unique typography that contrasts with Alliant’s corporate typography signifying a workplace cultural change
give a more human look and feel, less regulatory or critical
create communications that are fun, eye catching, and impactful
