Role: Creative Direction, Graphic Designer

Objective: to develop a unique visual language that will be used to communicate the company’s new flexible workplace changes in a manner that’s different from “Return to Office” internal communications.

Considerations:

  • to portray flexible workplace as both beneficial and positive

  • utilize unique typography that contrasts with Alliant’s corporate typography signifying a workplace cultural change

  • give a more human look and feel, less regulatory or critical

  • create communications that are fun, eye catching, and impactful
